Refine Legal advised Resalta, a leading energy services company in Central and South-Eastern Europe, on its acquisition of CWP’s shares in the project company owning and operating the Henkel Solar rooftop photovoltaic project in Kruševac, Serbia. Following completion of the transaction, Resalta became the sole shareholder of the project company.
Refine Legal provided comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation of the transaction documents and completion of the acquisition, as well as coordination of the financing-related and corporate closing workstreams.
