Senior Partner
With close to 20 years of international law firm experience, Miloš is one of Serbia’s foremost practitioners in Energy, Infrastructure, and M&A. He advises a broad spectrum of market participants, such as policymakers, IFIs, commercial banks and EPC contractors, on complex cross-border transactions. A member of the Serbian Bar Association since 2010, he also serves as a founder and a board member of the Serbian Energy Law Association.

Petar Kojdić is a banking and finance partner advising on cross-border financings in Serbia and the SEE region. He works with international banks, financial institutions and borrowers on corporate, acquisition and project finance transactions, as well as financial restructurings, refinancings and capital markets matters. He is the author of the Serbian ISDA netting opinion and the ICMA GMRA opinion and is ranked Band 1 for Banking & Finance.

Ivan is recognized as a Band 1 lawyer for Real Estate and is widely regarded for his practical, commercially driven approach. Aleksandra Petrović is a partner at Refine Legal, with over 10 years of experience in regulatory and energy matters in Serbia and in the Western Balkans region. She advises national and international clients on legal issues arising on major energy and industrial projects, as well as policy makers in institutional and regulatory reforms in the energy sector. Aleksandra has substantial experience in drafting legislation relating to renewable energy, design of the CfD auctions and relevant support agreements. Aleksandra graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Nicosia and is a member of Serbian Bar Association as of 2019. She is one of the founders of the Association for Energy Law of Serbia (UPES) and was and elected member of the Committee of Young Professionals of the National Petroleum Committee of Serbia – WPC (two mandates).

With 16 years of international law firm experience, Dijana is a seasoned transactional lawyer whose practice centers on Real Estate and Corporate / M&A matters in Serbia and across the Balkans. She has extensive experience in local and cross-border transactions, including deal structuring, due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation. She regularly supports clients from initial strategies and risk assessments through signing and closing. Dijana is recognized as a Band 3 lawyer for Corporate/Commercial: Real Estate (Chambers and Partners) and is valued for her intuitive and straightforward approach.

Vukašin advises clients on high-profile matters related to the development, operation, acquisition and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on renewables.
