With close to 20 years of international law firm experience, Miloš is one of Serbia’s foremost practitioners in Energy, Infrastructure, and M&A. He advises a broad spectrum of market participants, such as policymakers, IFIs, commercial banks and EPC contractors, on complex cross-border transactions. A member of the Serbian Bar Association since 2010, he also serves as a founder and a board member of the Serbian Energy Law Association.

  • Advising Ministry of Mining and Energy of Serbia and EBRD in legislation drafting and development of a new legal and regulatory framework to promote renewable energy in Serbia and advice on conducting two CfD auctions and corporate PPA legal framework.
  • Advising Ministry of Energy and Mining of Montenegro and EBRD in legislation drafting and development of a new legal and regulatory framework to promote renewable energy in Montenegro and advice on conducting the first CfD auction.
  • Advising Ministry of Energy, Mining and Mineral Resources of North Macedonia and EBRD in legislation drafting and development of a new legal and regulatory framework to promote renewable energy in North Macedonia.
  • Advising an international leading consultancy and project management company on various acquisitions of RES projects in Serbia and various corporate restructuring matters.
  • Advised one of largest producers of solar panels in the world, on acquisition of three large-scale solar projects (exceeding 500MW) in Serbia and corporate, financing and ownership matters.
  • Advised a large-scale developer and operator in the renewable energy sector on divestment of its wind and solar portfolio (approx. 700MW) under development in Serbia.
  • Advised Chinese multinational power generation and electrical equipment manufacturing company on developing, financing and construction of a 50MW wind power plant in Montenegro.
  • Advised multinational rail transport systems manufacturer on its major involvement on Belgrade metro project (project value €4bn), including setting up corporate structure in Serbia.
  • Advised leading global investment fund on acquisition of private equity software business in Serbia, as well as post-acquisition restructuring, corporate and compliance matters.
  • Advised a US based leading investment management firm on acquisition of market leader in mechanical and electrical drive technology in Serbia.
