→ Advised a major international road and bridge contractor on multi-million FIDIC claims (EOT, additional payment, variations, and geological risks) arising from the largest highway project in Montenegro (project value approx. USD 1 billion).
→ Advised an energy group on contract claims related to the full rehabilitation of a 125 MW hydro power plant, covering four generating units, 110 kV transformer substations, and electromechanical design and commissioning works.
→ Advised a regional contractor on drafting and negotiating an EPC contract for electrical infrastructure and interconnection facilities for a 185 MW solar PV project.
→ Advised an independent power producer on entering into a Turnkey EPC (BoP + WTG) contract for the construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of a 38 MW onshore wind farm.
→ Advised a large-scale contractor on the construction of the largest healthcare facility in the region.
→ Advised a vertical transportation specialist on negotiating and entering into a design-and-build back-to-back subcontract for works on a national stadium project.
→ Advised a textile and manufacturing group on a EUR 26 million development in Serbia, including construction of new production facilities.
→ Advised a local contractor on negotiating and entering into a design-and-build contract, and on high-value delay claims involving concurrent delay forensics, critical path, and float analysis.
→ Advised a holding company on tender assessment, risk evaluation, contract review, and negotiations for vertical transportation works on the Belgrade Waterfront project, the largest construction project in the Republic of Serbia.
